Optimole hosted images don’t display in emails

    See the attached screen shot. Emails containing images hosted at Optimole simply display a question mark; the same email with images self-hosted are displayed.

    Site uses Cloudflare and the Optimole agent has been white listed.

    Any other things I need to fix?
