Optimole makes SVG Icons disappear (plugin Simple Social Icons)

Hi,
I’ve tested Optimole in a staging environment of a client and noticed that the SVG Icons in my Simple Social Icons widget disappear as soon as Optimole is active. If I deactivate the plugin, the icons are immediately visible again.
In the developer tools console I found this:
Unsafe attempt to load URL https://mlqcrektbkhq.i.optimole.com/w:auto/h:auto/q:90/https://www.staging3.miella.dk/wp-content/plugins/simple-social-icons/symbol-defs.svg from frame with URL https://www.staging3.miella.dk/blog-test/. Domains, protocols and ports must match.
What I did for now is exclude SVGs in the Optimole Advanced settings. But it would actually be nice to know how to fix this. I’m happy to grant access to the WordPress installation if that helps.
