    Hey there,

I love Optimole! However, I don’t love the weird blurry placeholders that happen with the lazyload. I was pleased to discover this tweak plugin: Optimole Tweak – Remove Lqip Placeholder

However, I’ve tested it on mine and a client’s site and when it’s activated, it makes a few random images on the page just absolutely HUMONGOUS. So it can’t be used. See this 10 second video to show you: https://cloud.smpl.ro/rRu61Yz6

My site is littlebeastdesign.com but I don’t have the plugin on anymore as I don’t want that jumbled mess live on my site.

I’m using Elementor. Any ideas? I know, it’s just probably some plugin conflict, but wondering if you’ve heard of this before and have any insights. Thanks!

    Hello,

That tweak is from an older version of Optimole. We have an option inside the plugin that provides that. Can you try to enable the “Generic placeholder” option inside Optimole > Advanced > Lazyload?

This should remove the blurry low quality placeholders. Also make sure to regenerate CSS from Elementor and clear cache if required.

If the issue persists you can contact us on https://optimole.com/#contact and we will try and help you debug and solve this.

    Thank you!
