Optin Cat preventing font icons

    For some odd reason, the page in which I use Optin Cat form is not displaying some font icons on the header. As a comparison, you can see the font icons at the main page (https://www.carreiraodalgrande.com.br/). If I remove the Optin Cat from the page with the issue, the font icons are displayed again, so the issue is definitely related to Optin Cat.

    Can you help me?
