Optin Form affecting Footer width

I am having issues with embedding the Optin Form in so far as it affects the footer width on every page that the Optin Form appears on. My Footer layout is set to “Full width” but when the Optin Form is embedded on a page, the footer will not stretch out edge to edge. I presume something within the Optin Form code is overriding the footer code. Please could someone help?
