optin on but not coming up on site

Is it enabled on the setting page? There are 2 sliders. One is the main turn off/on the second is for the Optin Popup 1 both sliders need to be “On”

Yes, thank you for sending your details. There is a problem with the order the javascript is being loaded. This is related to your theme. There will be a version released today that addresses this problem along with other bug fixes.

Is that version released as of now?

@michael Gunn it will be an issue with the order that the javascript is loading, this is related to your theme. The problem is being address in the next release.

thank you for your support. I followed all the instructions and finally I had it running (integrated with mailchimp). But after the first few trials (I had also a new subscriber) now the popup doesn’t show anymore, there is no way. I tried with many computers and browsers.
