optin on but not coming up on site

Hello, my opt in is also ON “all three toggles” and it is not coming up on my site. In fact, the optin that I created with that was taking e-mails is completely gone? The only option I am seeing is to make my optin over again from scratch. What could be wrong?

@activewellnessadmin make sure you save your setting. There is a save button on the top right. I have looked at your site everything is function properly.

Hi, I’m having this same issue. Both toggles are “On” but popup not displaying.

Yes, I saved this a while back. We were even collecting e-mails. Then, it was just gone. The pop-up disappeared as if it never existed.

@dealfiles on the setting page make sure the first and last slider is set to on. Also set the Show Optin Revolution Popup to Always. You can change this to a different setting like “Once per browser session” after testing. If your still having problems send me a temp admin login to support [at] optinrevolution.com and I’ll take a look.

@activewellnessadmin not sure why the popup disappeared. The only way for this to happen is if you clicked the reset button which would reset the stage back to it’s defaults.

PS: What is a “temp login” ?

@gabyy212 a temp login is just where you create an admin account in wordpress for me to use to check out your problem. After I’ve finished you can delete or disable the account. Send it to support [at] optinrevolution.com and I’ll take a look.

Same problem here. Pop up not showing up. I have installed the newest version of optin revolution, and every setting is correct. The popup just doesn’t show up, although the edge around my web pages turns white at the time the popup is suppose to pop up. I have sent temp login info to [email protected]. Thanks for your help.
