Optin Revolution Pro

Hi,
I subscribed to optin revolution pro from https://www.optinrevolution.com/ and installed pro version activated it. I am not able to edit optin forms. It does not display the forms when I want to edit it, as shown in tutorials.
I am also not able to reach the support desk. I am not able to login at https://optinrevolution.zendesk.com/ or not signup there.

The support link in the plugin page also does not work.
