OptinMonster will market themselves as a company that offers setting up a free campaign for you, but they won’t follow through on their work and correct what they did even though it looks awful. And when ask them to resolve the deficiencies they have caused, they’ll tell you that they only “allow two rounds of edits”, instead of telling you from the start. I think it’s been more than two months now since the campaign development had been initiated. Simply not suitable for people trying to run a business.

    Hello @memet2024,

I’m very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.

We did provide a free Gift Campaign per your request specifications, and went above and beyond what is typically included in such a request to add a customized widget on your behalf.

However, as your requests involving significant design changes continued, we had to consider the campaign request fulfilled.

I provided details of how you could continue customizing your campaign’s design further if you so wished to do so, and encourage you to consider that avenue.

    Best regards,

    Erica

This is what I mean, they simply won’t admit that the work they did is defective, even though it’s visible for everyone. And so everybody knows – there was only one last thing missing, and OptinMonster decided to suddenly stop what they had started. So they are doing everything they can to hurt your business and slow you down.
