OptinMonster Popup not popping up on website

Would you update your WP Rocket settings to be sure and exclude the following URL from any Javascript optimization settings you have enabled:

https://a.omappapi.com/app/js/api.min.js

Once that’s done please manually clear the site cache and test from a brand new Incognito window.

I’m seeing an issue with the domain name that may be playing a role here.

Your OptinMonster account has the domain commanderagquip.com.au registered to it.

However, when I visit that domain I’m redirected instead to commanderag.au

When logged into the WordPress admin of your site, can you confirm which domain is shown in the address bar?

Also, would you navigate to the WordPress admin > OptinMonster > Campaigns screen and check what status is assigned to the campaign in the plugin (e.g. Draft, Pending, or Published)?

Thanks again for reaching out. Given the redirect in place on your site, you’ll need to ensure your campaign is also assigned to https://commanderag.au/. You can do that following these instructions: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-add-edit-or-delete-a-website-in-optinmonster/#Add_Domain_to_a_Campaign. And, once you’ve done that, please ensure the campaign is published from within your plugin settings (shown here: https://optinmonster.com/docs/getting-started-optinmonster-wordpress-checklist/#Publish_The_Campaign).
