option for manual placement ONLY – no "Above / Below" post

    If you want to just use the manual/sortcode code. Then go into settings and disable show on pages and posts individually. That way it only uses the shortcode that you want it to use. Let me know if this fixes your problem

    I’ve update the plugin with the follow buttons shortcode. So if you want to manually place them as well. I also improved the verbiage for the settings page. Hopefully it’ll be more clear.
