I am using the Genesis Framework and Genesis child theme.

For anybody interested or having a similar issue, I actually resolved this issue by installing this plugin: Simple Custom Post Order — at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/

It allows for a drag-and-drop sorting for any custom post type(s) you have.

I installed Simple Custom Post Order to my Genesis theme and have it activated though I cannot figure out how to drag around albums. I have tried in my Live Gallery page as well as on portfolios dashboard section. What screen do I have to be on when dragging albums?
