    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out. Please log in to your InfiniteWP admin panel and hover over the site for which you want to create a backup. Click the Backup now button.
    Here you could choose whether you want to backup your entire site or only database tables or only files.

    If you want to restore a backup, hover over the site and click View Backups.
    Here you will find the option to restore the backup on your sites.
