Option to accept on scroll or exit link click?

This works really well — no hassles and adopts the theme’s styles so looks good out of the box but besides timed/click acceptance are there any plans to add:

– accept on scroll

– accept and remove notice on exit link click (so accepted on not just on clicks to on-site pages but also links that exit the site). It seems to accept on the exit-link click but doesn’t remove the notice.
