Option to choose newsletter format?

  • On the defaule MailChimp form, there is a radio button group that allows the person to choose if they prefer HTML or plain text. Is there a way to add that functionality to this plugin? I tried copying/pasting the HTML code for the radio buttons on the MailChimp form but when I tested it didn’t seem to persist or was ignored.

    Hi,

    If there is a merge field on MailChimps end for this setting, you can just include a field in the form mark-up with this exact name. (I’m on really slow internet right now so can’t check it)

    If there isn’t, I will implement this in a future version of the plugin!
