Option to comment not showing on Pages but is on Posts

Hi,

On my blog, helikid.com on the Pages I have created, not posts, the option to leave comments is not there. I have ticked the option to “Allow Comments” in the admin area but it does not appear on the published page. Is this a theme thing or not?

Any ideas?
