Option to disable RFG update notifications

Currently, when RFG is update (eg. v0.9 is issued with new iPhone 6 Plus 180×180 icon), the user of the plugin sees a notification in his WP dashboard.

It should be possible to disable these notifications:
– Via an option (maybe from Settings > Favicon ? To be decided later)
– Via a link in the notification itself. So the user can take a decision as soon at he sees the notification.
