    Hey there,

    I would like to set a rule to disallow free shipping when a coupon is used. Is there any way to set this up as there is only rules to allow it? I tried setting it up like this:

    Coupon => Not equal to => Coupon name

    But, it does not work. Is there any workaround to achieve this?

    Hi,

    That coupon – not equal – coupon code – condition should work (just tested to confirm). Be sure to not have a % or $ sign in the coupon code as that would change how the condition matches.

    Cheers,

    Thanks, it works with one coupon. However, If I have multiple coupons, how to add the rules?

    I tried adding the coupon names like this:

    COUPONNAME1, COUPONNAME2

    But it does not work. I added a separate new rule on the top of the existing coupon rule:

    Coupon => Not equal to => COUPONNAME1
    Coupon => Not equal to => COUPONNAME2

    Adding the COUPONNAME1 disables the free shipping, but adding the COUPONNAME2 does not.
