Option to have section already expanded onload?

I have a page with multiple colomat shortcodes. I want to link from another page, to one of the colomat sections. I know this would be accomplished using an anchor text, of course, but is there a way to specify one of the colomat shortcodes as auto-expanded, versus having to click and expand?

So for example, I would link to this page from elsewhere. The link might direct them to the “Planned Giving” section, which hopefully would be auto-expanded for the user.
So is this possible?
