Option to ignore "The, A, & An"

This plug-in is awesome! I can’t believe it is free. It is exactly what I was looking for. However, there is one feature I wish it had; the ability to filter out or ignore common words like “The”, “A” and “An”. I realize this is asking a lot, specifically when the plug in is free to begin to with. But, if you get this feature added I would gladly make a donation. I am sure it is harder than it seems, but dropping a simple “regular expression” in the right place would probably accomplish this in relatively easily.
