Option to leave out WooCommerce

Hi, (speaking for the entire team) we absolutely love AIOM
Let that be clear ??

However, what the team is missing is the option to leave everything WooCommerce related alone.

We currently plan to redesign a fully working high traffic website.

With a simple toggle to exclude WooCommerce from the export and import
thus ensuring that in both phases: export and import the WooCommerce users, orders, products, order numbers… remain untouched.

This would make this plugin even greater. We sincerely hope to see this feature soon, so other teams do not have to go through his hassle as we do right now
