option to load in footer?

i ran into an issue with having the front-end submission pages accessing the javascript needed (for the date picker, media uploader, etc) to function correctly, until after i moved my custom jquery/javascript stuff from the footer.php to the header.php. this is a fine temporary solution, but i really do prefer to have my scripts loaded in the footer. so is there a way to change the events manager settings to load in the footer instead of the header?
