Option to open popup on click is not available in a free version anymore

In the “Select Event” dropdown I only see one event. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Thanks for getting back to us.
I guess above the Event is written Behaviour after Special Events, right?
If so, please, scroll up and check the Popup Events section.
It needs to be under the Popup Display Rules section.

I thought that in the Events dropdown I would be able to choose “On Click” but all I see is “Special Event: Contact Form 7 Submission.”

Popup Display Rules allow me to choose the page I want popup to show up on but not specify opening on popup-id click.

Apologies, false epiphany ??

Right now when I click on the link (with the popup id), I just get redirected to the same page, no popup opens. I’m also using Divi (saw somebody else had issues with Divi and this plugin.)

[ Short link deleted and placed in the link field ]
(THe popup should open on Download button click.)

@anngel Do not use short links in these forums, that has been abused in the past and is expanded when found. I have expanded yours into the link field.

Inside the anchor tag, you have an attribute target="_blank" which tells the browser to open the URL inside the new tab and that’s why when someone clicks on the button it redirects to the new tab.

After several check-ups, we noticed that you have set a limitation to the popup to open only once.
Can you, please, make sure to remove the limitation so the popup can open every time the needed button is clicked?
