Option to place text block on home page?

  • With this theme the only options I see for content on the main page is general (logo), slider, service, portfolio, home blog, social, and footer.

    How do I place a simple text block on the main page of the Enigma theme?

    Do you want only your own custom blocks or also the home-page sections + custom blocks ?

    I want to add text to the home page and I’m using Enigma. You want me to be clear but I don’t know how much clearer that needs to be but I will try. Since I’m using the Enigma theme I’ve posted here under the Enigma section. The site is already built. On the home page there are existing blocks in use from the enigma theme. What I want to do is add a couple of paragraphs of text on the home page. But Oddly enough, and as can be seen in the list of options I included in my first post, there is no option under customize to add a simple block for textual content.

    Thanks. I’ll keep an eye out for that update. Also, you have G+ listed but G+ announced a while back that it is getting canceled, I believe it will no longer be available Once Feb hits. I’d like to suggest replacing it with Yelp as I need a Yelp icon up top. Better yet, you might want to allow for any social media site by having the option to simply add an icon and a URL rather than restrict your users to just a handful.

    Edit: Oh wait no, that is length of blog excerpt… hmm
