We recently updated to the 4.4.7 version of the plugin and once this was done we are now unable to send any emails to our subscribers. We maintain 3 separate categories of our subscribers and the largest has about 500 entries while the smallest has no less than 2. The option to send is grayed out for all of the lists and it has the word “premium” next to it as if we have to upgrade to this level to send things. When I or another member of our organization clicks into the send broadcast screen there is a pop up that arises that says “www.ourwebsite.org says An error has occurred. Please try again later”. This happens when we select new templates/broadcasts to send and when we select older templates/broadcasts as well. Lastly, we have not sent any emails out since yesterday at 3:00pm CST.

Further investigating showed this following text regarding errors that are now present when trying to send the emails:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

Any advice to remedy this situation so we can send emails out to our lists?

    Hi,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We can imaging how frustrating the situation is for you. We will take a look at your issue and definitely help you to make it work.

First of all, let me clarify that the “Send” option is there in the Free version of Email Subscribers. It’s just the “Schedule For Later” option is available in PRO. There is confusion create because of the “Premium” label. We will take care of it in the next release.

Regarding the send button doesn’t work, We suspect that it might be due to some javascript conflicts. Please fill up the “Feedback” form within the plugin and give the reference to this thread. We will get in touch with you shortly.

    Thanks in advance!
