First and foremost – this is a brilliant plugin, great work!!!

[20-Sep-2013 22:01:57] WARNING: Job restart due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes. To get around this, I have set the following options…
[x] Restart the job on every main step on a running job
[10] Restart the job once a given number of Megabytes has been added to an archiveI was expecting that I would end up with 40 or so small archives that would then get uploaded to S3. This wasn’t the case, i’m not even sure exactly what the change in behaviour was.
Any suggestions?
