Option to subscribe via email

Hi,
Could someone suggest the best way to allow a reader to fill in their email address and receive summarized updates of new posts.

My blog has a default RSS feed, so am glad thats taken care of but I would also like to give my readers the option to receive an update of a new post via email as some people are still not savvy with RSS….I’m only just getting my mind around it myself.

I have looked through all the plugins and read through all the other posts on this topic but can’t see any clear instructions on setting this up.
