Optional fee for each category

Can I assing each Woocommerce category an extra fee which would be optional to choose for user at checkout?

For example he goes to checkout with single product and based on the category in which it is we offer him to choose an additional fee (would be a service in our case but does not matter). If selected amount set for fee would be added.
