Optional Paypal brings up error page

    I have multiple forms running in CP Contact Form. With forms using the same paypal email address, one form is working (set to enable paypal) and another (set for optional paypal) is bringing up a paypal error screen upon submission that reads: Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.” the url of this page has ‘BAD-INPUT-ERROR’ or at the end.

    Why does one form work while the other does not using the same paypal email address?

    Hi,

    The ‘BAD-INPUT-ERROR’ is usually referred to an incorrect price format or incorrect currency code. Please check both the price sent to PayPal and be sure that you are using the correct currency code (USD, EUR, GBP …. don’t use the currency symbol but the currency code).

    For a more detailed assistance you can open a ticket at https://cfpaypal.dwbooster.com/contact-us and indicate the address of the page that contains the form on that private ticket to check the problem in detail.
