    Hi!
I have the pro version of your main plugin, as well as the community events extension. I recently added the (free) tickets plugin.

Is there a way to allow people to set their own ticket price? For example, to set “Suggested Donation, $10”, but allow people to optionally choose to donate $25, or $0?

Or is there a way to set a max number of tickets for ALL ticket types combined? So if we set different suggested donation amounts and a $0 ticket option, would it be possible to stop ticket sales after the venue is maxed out? (Also, is a $0 ticket price a reasonable setup, or would the plugin still try to process a paypal transaction?)

    Thanks!
    Luca

  • Hi Luca!

In regards to allowing the user to set the price, this isn’t an option by default. You may want to look into a WooCommerce plugin that allows the user to set their own price.

Limiting the number of tickets per buyer is not a built-in option either. Since you are a paying customer, I would recommend you to open a ticket in Events Calendar’s premium Help Desk. That way, someone could assist you further regarding those questions.

Let me know if you have any other questions ??

    Cheers,
    Jeremy
