Options aren't preserved after deactivation/activiation

I use this plugin often and love it, but one unfortunate bug is that when deactivating options aren’t saved. Most notably, after reactivating the “post thumb” column reappears in admin edit list screens. Perhaps this is the only option not being saved, I haven’t thoroughly tested if it’s all options or only some.
