Options: blank page

    Hi, I have installed the latest version of Contact Form DB but when I try to open the Options page, I get a blank page only.

    I have tried deactivating all the other plugins and switching to the TwentySixteen template without any result.

    WP debug does not detect anything and adding:

    @ini_set('display_errors', 0);

    to wp-config.php no error is shown.

    This is the first time I have this problem, can anyone please help?
