• Hi – when I click on the Meks Flexible Shortcodes icon on the toolbar in page edit mode the dialogue box with the various shortcode options comes up under the WordPress toolbar, which now hides the the top of the dialogue box. This is happening with all of the themes I use.

    Please can you advise?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Can you please let us know which browser/os/device you are using and what is your current screen resolution?

Hi I’m using Safari on a Mac with the latest OSX version, not sure of the resolution. The problem seems to be when the option to: “Enable full-height editor and distraction-free functionality” box is ticked in the “Edit Page” mode? Turning this off sorts the issue but the “OK” button isn’t visible…

Hi, is there any solution? I experience the same thing. Also using Safari in the latest MacOSX Resolution 2560 x 1440 (standard iMac resolution).

I have not had a response from Meks, but hoping this will be forthcoming…

I sent them the link to this page, hopefully they will contact us soon.

    I hope so as it’s a great plugin…

Hi @rolynoworse, I contacted Meks HQ and they told me to try to disable other 3rd party plugins as it seems that one of them is causing conflict and that’s further causing the issue with popup module for shortcodes.

So I deactivated them all and activated them again one by one. In my case a plugin named PDF & Print by BestWebSoft was the culprit. With this one deactivated, the Meks shortcode is visible again. Hope this will help you too!

    Bye & goodluck.

Hi @smarts – many thanks for this!

I don’t use the plugin you mention but I’ll try the same approach and disable the others one by one.

    ??
