All features I want are now moved to a new ‘premium plugin’ . So after 3 months since I bought I have to buy the plugin again?

Well that’s disappointing. Do I have to spend another 20 pounds on something I bought already? If I install the new plugin, will my website be messed up until I’ve managed to recreate the current settings? The website is not very clear about the process, I’m sorry to say.

For the time being I’m not updating the plugin from 2.1.3

Same problem here,
Just updated and now I have to upgrade again allthough I allready paid for it just a few months ago.
What do I have to do to fix this? Can I downgrade the pluginn.
Please help, current website is looking poor now.

Second time around the upgrade worked. I suspect a corrupted database. A page update interrupted by the upgrade?? Who knows?

Not allowed to talk? Are we back in communist Russia again? You complicated the update of this plugin, all features have disappeared, no answer whatso-ever?
GIVE AT LEAST PROPPER INSTRUCTIONS on how to do this. This is really ridiculous.
And why on earth do I have to install 2 plugins for 1 plugin to function? Madness

Downloading the premium version and installing it alongside the old one worked like a charm for me. Sorry for the slightly frustrated post earlier.

@hansbeen: Don’t make an idiot of yourself… After updating the plugin, there was a popup with instructions and a link which allow to get back all functionalities. It is sufficient to read and to follow the instructions.

I tried that and it didn’t work last week. At first there was no pop-up at all, only a standard message in the customizer you had to upgrade. I was not the only one who got the impression they had moved al features to a new plugin. This week I got it finaly working again.
It was at first just very unclear what had happened, and al functionalities had dissapeared which screwed up my website for 1 week.. It was just very poor communicated from Webd, and the message they are not allowed to talk is ofcourse totally ridiculous. Tell us where we can find the answer!

Can’t confirm about communication. Up to now, Oliver always replied within minutes, and he was always polite and helpful.
For me, it’s one of the best supported plugins. That’s why I, besides buying the pro version for two websites, made even additional donations in an earlier development stage to get some custom features which then found their way into the public release.
My German is perhaps a bit rusty (as you might know, we Frech people are highly foreign language autistic), but isn’t there a proverb, saying “Wie es in den Wald hereinruft, so schallt es auch wieder heraus” ?
