    Hi,

    We have managed to replicate your error by preventing a web server from being able to access the internet.

    Whilst we look into a fix, can you please confirm that your web server has access to the internet?

    OK, this is error occurs when your server cannot contact webd.uk for whatever reason. We have caught the error to advise future users to contact us for a manual upgrade solution which we undertook for this user.
