Options for Twenty Seventeen Upgrade Won’t Activate

    My upgrade won’t activate. I purchased the plugin upgrade on March 4th. Since then, I have a created a staging site and now I’m seeing a warning that the trial will end in 1 day. Will you please help me resolve this upgrade activation issue ASAP?

    Rather than create a new thread I thought I’d add my comment here.

    I logged into my WP account today and I noticed that the plugin says my trail will be running out soon.

    I purchased the plugin a while back so I’m not sure why that’s happening.

    Would you be able to point me in the right direction to make sure the upgrade is activated properly?

    and… I seem to have figured it out – after clicking the upgrade link the connection was made and the plugin was re-activated.

    Hi Billy,

    This sort of thing can happen if (for example) you move from a development server to a live server. Not entirely sure how this happened in your case as it doesn’t look like your URL has changed since your purchase in February.

    Glad you’re sorted out now though.
