Options Not Displayed

    Installation okay
    Created modal okay
    Options for modal window not displaying in settings window.
    (when I save modal, I can see options flash on, then off)
    Modal window is working except the the sizing is incorrect and when
    displaying a contact 7 form, radio buttons and checkboxes are displayed as asterisks. e.g., not fillable.

    As the latest build is entirely rewritten i am marking this as resolved. If you have similar issue after updating then please repost it.
