Options not Saving in WP 4.9

Sounds like it could be quite difficult to debug this one without any access but let’s try ??

Do you have any error messages or is it just not saving but saying it has?

Is it only specific options or is it all options?

Can you give me an example of one option and the value you are trying to enter that is not working.

Finally, is it only happening on one particular site or are you having the same problem on more than one?

Also, do you mean the option is not saving in the admin or that it is not updating the design on your site?

With the above information I can try a few things on my dev sites.

This is happening to me to. Nothing saves when I click on Update Options.

The image you provided shows the errors.

Essentially, your site is not able to save the inputs correctly. What debugging have you tried so far?

Can you confirm the following:
1. You have the wp_responsive_menu table created in your database.
2. The database above is populated with at least 150 options.
3. You have tried the Rebuild Database option.
4. You have the tried the Rest Options option.

If you can confirm the above and it still doesn’t work then there is something very strange going on that will require further investigation.

Not sure if I should post here or create another topic, but my issue looks similar. I have just installed v3.1.13 of the plugin on wp 4.9.2 and it is not creating the database, let alone populate it.

Nevermind, “rebuild database” fixed it.
