Options not shown in email or backend

    Hi there,

    We are using the multiple checkbox selection on this product which generally works well. Occasionally the customers choices aren’t shown in the order email or the backend and we can’t figure out why.

    Can anyone help please?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, I am not able to place a test order in your store due to the available payment methods – however, we will approach it in a different way.

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the FPF plugin, WooCommerce and WordPress.

    Are those emails where the options marked by customers do not appear connected in some way? Please let me know.

    Thanks for the reply.

    WordPress, Woo and the FPF plugin are all latest versions. There is nothing in common between the emails, it seems quite random. It seems to work more often than not…Have you any other ideas?

    I have just worked out why it happens!!

    We are displaying the PayPal button on the product and if a customer selects the product options and then clicks the pay now button rather than add to basket, the problem occurs.

    Is this something that you could fix do you think?

    Hi,

    I went through your theme and product page with the developer and unfortunately PayPal does everything their own way – the way it is now (PayPal is already possible on the product side) unfortunately the standard WooCommerce actions/hooks/requests are not fired off thus not everything will work properly.

    Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t support this yet. The addition of this feature is reported to programmers, but we do not know the date of its implementation.

    I will add you to the list of people interested in this functionality and I will inform you when it happens.
