    Hi there,

I use the category view to list the FAQs (e.g. https://www.example1234567890.org/ufaq-category/a-name/). But it seems, that the options of the plugin don′t have any effect on how they are displayed. The question always comes as a H2 and then the answer: no Toogle, Accordion etc.

Are options, styling etc. only working, if I use a shortcode to display the FAQs? That would be a lot of work, because I would have to create one page for every category. In my case 37 categories.

    Best regards,
    Jens

  • Hi @jesus-1,

The URL you shared does not work, could you please provide a new one? If I understand correctly, you are not using shortcodes to display FAQs, does that mean you are using the gutenberg blocks? Nonetheless, we can provide custom CSS to get the result you want, if you are interested, please provide a screenshot indicating the changes you want.

If any style or options changes have no effect on the front end, it could be that you are using a cache plugin, and if that is the case, could you delete the cache and see if that makes a difference?
