Options to filter products not displaying

    Hi There

    I use this plugin on one site that I manage and it works fine. I’ve just installed it on another website but the options to filter the products etc is not showing.

    All that is showing on the plugin screen is ‘To begin, add a filter and then click on the search button. ‘

    The blue filtering section does not display, nor does the tips section or the upgrade to pro section just below the plugin title.

    Can you help? I know the plugin does what I need but I don’t understand why the elements are not displaying

    It sounds like you have a conflict with another plugin. The first thing to check is the JavaScript console in your browser to see if there are any errors. I can take a look directly if you temporarily create an account for me with the “Shop Manager” role.

    Got it thanks so much it was a conflict with woocommerce product labels – it needed updating so now there’s no conflict with the current version.
