I’m using the checkbox options so customers can add two options to certain products.
When options are selected the price should increase.

However, in some but not all cases the price is added on the product page, but when the payment is made the amount of the options is not added to the total amount, therefore I am losing money.
The invoice will show the options, but the total amount is just the base price of the product.

    I cannot reproduce it myself.
If I check these orders in the backend the options are there with the amounts, but indeed the total order price is without the price of the options.

    Hello!

I have been trying to replicate this issue several different times in different browsers without luck. Do you have a way to replicate it? And do you have the latest version of both woocommerce and this plugin?

    Everything is up to date.
I have not found any consistency in why it happens.
I cannot replicate it myself, tried different browsers etc as well.

I asked one customer to do the order again and then it worked fine.

Oh i see, i will do some testing to try to find out any possible issue and correct it. Have in mind though that without a way to replicate the issue (i have tried several times and haven’t been able to replicate the issue once) i am not sure if that issue was caused by a problem with this plugin or a conflict with another so i am not sure if there is something that needs to be corrected in the plugin.

It appears to work again for now.
Will keep you updated if it occurs again.
