oQey Gallery not correct on IE and iPad

    Hi,

    I have installed oQey Gallery 0.5.5 on WP version 3.5.1 with the theme “Attitude” version 1.1.4 from “Theme Horse” (responsive Retina ready).

    The gallery shows correctly at the Windows PC only with Firefox. With the IE and also on the iPad I only get the left and right arrows but no pictures. When I add [oqeygallery id=4 process=off] then it works still correct with Firefox but with IE and on the iPad I see again the left/right arrows and a very small part of the picture.

    Adding additionally [oqeygallery id=4 process=off customwidth=668 customheight=417] (seen from previous posts) changes nothing compared to the former setting.

    Hi.

    I got it working in IE after activating the Adobe Flash Player plugin (was missing before). But on the other side should it not be shown in java script instead it flash is missing?

    At the iPad the gallery is not yet working (as described before). But the galleries from the oQey site are shown correctly. Therefore I assume it must be a configuration problem with my installation.

    Still don’t know what to do.

    Hello,

    it may be a conflict between javascript, please contact us using our website,
    we need to look at theme, it may be a conflict with this theme or some server configuration.

    Hello,

    thank you for your answer. In the meantime there were some updates for the “Attitude” them (to 1.1.7) and now it also shows the gallery on the iPad. Also a second theme (Tatami) which I installed works correctly.

    So I will close the request now.
