oQey widget not displaying on the page

the problem is your theme, there is some errors on output, double header, php errors under top menu.

Test the gallery with the default wp theme.
If is not work, please let us to know.

My theme??? It has worked for years with my theme and suddenly stopped working??? I can’t just change my theme because of one plugin.

please check your theme first, something is wrong with it.

My apologies. When I submitted the issue it was working. I have reinstalled the theme and the site is back to normal but the plugin is still not working. This is what it looked like when I submitted my issue.

check if you have any flash skins installed, something is with this.
Is seams that the skin is missing.

Try to reinstall the skin:
delete -> clean the trash – > reinstall it again.

The only skin I have installed is:

oQey Slider With a PanZoom Random Effect Option – Commercial skin

Should I delete it?

Okay, it seems to be the skin. I downloaded a free skin and moved the commercial skin that I paid for to the trash. It’s been awhile since I installed the commercial skin. Can you let me know how to download the commercial skin again?

UPDATE: I downloaded the skin I needed from

and tried to upload it using the uploader and FTP and it says “No new skins found”… now what???

Good Morning, I’m still having the same problem. When I upload the skin via FTP or via the uploader within the plugin and do a “Magic Scan” I receive the message “No Available Skins”. Please help.

upload a .zip file into the skin folder it must work.
Also check the skins folder permissions, it might be a problem.

Yep, that’s exactly what I did. I uploaded the .zip file directly to the skins folder “/wp-content/oqey_gallery/skings” and hit the “Magic Scan” and I receive the message “0 skins found”

check the folder permissions.

/wp-content/oqey_gallery = 705

/wp-content/oqey_gallery/skins = 705

/wp-content/oqey_gallery/skins/pzoomsskin.zip = 604

Please set folders permissions as follow:
/wp-content/oqey_gallery = 755
/wp-content/oqey_gallery/skins = 755
/wp-content/oqey_gallery/skins/pzoomsskin.zip = 755
