HERE’S THE SOLUTION I FOUND. FOLLOW THE LAST 2 LINES PARTICULARLY

“Hi there,

Just to add a bit here: that — OR — is likely coming from Stripe’s payment request buttons. Generally, in Chrome with a Google Pay payment method added, or in Safari with an Apple Pay method added, then it will display something like this with the “OR” between the payment button and the Add to Cart button:

You mentioned that you only see the issue in Safari, so it sounds like the Apple Pay button isn’t loading correctly, resulting in the “OR” being displayed by itself. In Chrome, are you seeing the Google Pay payment request button displayed before the OR? Or are you not using the payment request buttons at all? If you aren’t using those buttons, then you can disable them under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe.”
