    Hi,

can you login to the dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the URL? Like so:
    https://www.orderroombox.com/1715958939515/wp-admin

The admin bar needs to be supported by your theme and active for your current user. You can read this article about it: https://rankmath.com/blog/fix-missing-admin-bar/

However, you should still be able to make edits to the site by login to wp-admin.

If this still fails, please open a support ticket here and we’ll figure it out together with you.

    All the best
    René

Please click on Jetpack modal “Create a fresh connection”.

You don’t want your production site from being disconnected;-)

    About the Elementor license form:

You either have to switch the license temporary, but then you might run into elementor issues on your production site.

Optionally you can purchase a second elementor license or WP Staging Pro which allows you to create a staging site on a subdomain.

TLD (Top-level Domains) that are not considered as an activation:

    • .dev (example.dev)
    • .local (example.local)
    • .test (example.test)
    • .staging (example.staging)
    • .example (example.example)
    • .invalid (example.invalid)
    • .lh (example.lh)

Subdomains that are not considered an activation:

    • dev.* (dev.example.com). This can also be implemented as:
      • exampledev.* (exampledev.example.com)
    • local.* (local.example.com)
    • test.* (test.example.com). This can also be implemented as:
      • *.test.* (example.test.example.com)
    • staging.* (staging.example.com). This can also be implemented as:
      • *.staging.* (example.staging.example.com)
    • staging[0-9].* (staging6.example.com). This can also be implemented as:
      • *.staging[0-9].*(example.staging6.example.com)
    • stage.* (stage.example.com). This can also be implemented as:
      • *.stage.* (example.stage.example.com)

You can read more on the elementor page:
    https://elementor.com/blog/elementor-expands-license-to-include-staging-sites/

    I hope it helps.

    All the best

so, the non-pro version of your plugin is not compatible with elementor?

    Plugin Author Rene Hermenau

    (@renehermi)

    Hi,

It is compatible with Elementor, but you may need to activate Elementor on the staging site. I’m not sure how the Elementor licensing model works or if it can be used without activation.

The second website is 100% independent and a new website and therefore treated separately by third-party plugins regarding licensing.

Some premium plugins/themes can be used without license activation and need the license activation only for update purposes. Other plugins do not work without license activation.

If you are unsure, I recommend asking elementor support about this.

    All the best
    René
