I have built my site using Orbit Fox and Hestia. I need the WooCommerce plugin to build the shopping, cart, and checkout portions of my site. When I installed the WooCommerce plugin, my site completely crashed and I got the white screen of death. I was able to recover after deactivating all plugins in phpMyAdmin. After much trouble shooting in my staging site, I learned the issue was an incompatibility between the Orbit Fox and WooCommerce plugins. Each time Orbit Fox is left Active, my site crashes when installing WooCommerce. (Yes, I tested all of the other plugins. I also deactivated all other plugins and just left Orbit fox active and my site would crash when installing WooCommece.)

I am using WordPress via GoDaddy. Please help as I do not want to stop using using Orbit Fox and Hestia. Thank you.

    Hey @robertu281,

Thank you for using Orbit Fox and reaching out.

I tried replicating this error on my instance, but everything seems to be working fine. Could you please provide us the link to your site? And, please tell us the version of WordPress, Php, Orbit fox, and woo-commerce plugin, that you are using on your website so that we can check for incompatibility issues.

And also, please provide us screenshots or screencast videos of the website’s homepage so that we can have a close look at the issue.

Thank you and have a nice day!

Hello Kush, thanks for following up! The versions I’m using are: WordPress 6.0.1, Orbit Fox 2.10.14, WooCommerce 6.8.2, and Php 8.0. My site can be found at fishnerdaquariums.com. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks in advance, Robert.

    Hello @robertu281,

Thanks for providing the necessary information.

I tried replicating this issue multiple times on the same environment as yours but still didn’t get any errors or a white screen on my instance.

First, I would suggest you update your website’s environment (WP, theme, etc) to the latest version and check if that does solve it.

Second, as we are not able to replicate this on our end, can you please show us the settings of your Orbit Fox plugin and how you replicated the issue by sharing a screencast video in your next reply?

Also, if you could provide us with the error log, then it would be easy for us to track the issue.

Thank you and have a nice day!
