I had the same issue about order. Then I realized the newest FAQ always appears on top as new blog posts would.
Go to each FAQ “post” and click on quick edit. Change the “publishing” time of each post so that it creates the order you want.
If you entered 5 FAQs starting with #1 first, it will show up like this on your site. Because you entered #5 last, it was published last and will be at the top of the list because it was the most recent post.

FAQ 1 (oldest post)
Simply quick edit the publishing time of each post so that #1 is the most recently published post and #5 is the oldest post, etc. This will change the order on how they appear.

Basically, you can reorder the FAQs in any order you want by manually changing their “publishing” time and date. It’s not the most intuitive, but it works for now.
