    Please take a look at your PHP error logs as usually a blank screen means there is a PHP error.

    Yes, I do have something in the PHP error logs from today.

    Check what version of the plugin Product Add-ons you have.

    Version 2.6.4

    Try to update it to 2.6.11 and re-test.
