Order Alert for Woocommerce

    Hello there,

    When i try to connect my site into order alert for woo-commerce app. i follow following steps

    1. Install Order Alert for Woocommerce into my mobile
    2. Login to my site woocommerce -> settings -> advanced -> rest api -> add key
    3. Scan generated QR from my mobile and entered my email and store url like [email protected] and https://website.com

    Its shown Error message:

    Connection Error. Cant connect to your tore. Check your URL

    i checked log its said ‘Webhook body is not logged unless WP_DEBUG mode is turned on. This is to avoid the storing of personal data in the logs.’

    From the steps you’ve followed, it seems you’re doing everything correctly. However, the error message suggests that there might be a problem with your website URL or the REST API keys.

    Please ensure that you’ve entered the correct URL of your WooCommerce store and ensure that your WooCommerce store’s REST API is enabled from WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API.

    If the issue persists, some hosting providers block REST API requests for security reasons. You might want to check with your hosting provider if they allow it.

    Thanks for your replay, i tried like this https://website.com/wp-json/wc/v1/orders?consumer_key=XXXXXXXXXX&consumer_secret=XXXXXXXXXX its return order details without issue.

    I don’t know why its not connected to mobile app, still i get ‘Connection Error. Cant connect to your store, Check your URL’

    Order Alert for Woocommerce

    From what I gather, you are looking into receiving order alerts, from your WooCommerce store, on your mobile device.

    Just to note, you can run your store from anywhere with the Woo Mobile App. Available on the Apple App Store, and Google Play Store.
